The Woodstock Community Business Association (WCBA) meets monthly, on the second Tuesday evening of each month, 7-9 pm, at Country Bill's Restaurant, S.E. 45th and Woodstock Boulevard. One meeting per year is the General meeting; most of the rest are Board meetings, but are open to the public, and are considered essentially equivalent in visitor participation, except for voting, to the General Meetings. (You can vote in Board meetings if you join the Board! There are more open Board seats than there currently are Board members, so you can be appointed to an open seat at your request at nearly any meeting.) The annual elections are at the General meeting, which usually is in January, and WCBA Officers and Board members are elected at that time by all in attendance who do business in the Woodstock or Brentwood-Darlington neighborhoods.
